The primary goal of the The Real Estate Solutions Group Introduction course is to give you a basic understanding of the Industry work order process specific to inspections. This is a prerequisite course for any CTDL Certifications.

What is the target audience?
- This is an Apprentice level Module
- This Module is a prerequisite for onboarding with TRESG
The skillsets required for completion are fundamentally based upon a high school diploma or a GED equivalent. Proficiency in the English language are mandatory. Familiarity with a Windows based desktop computer system combined with the ability to operate a smartphone are required. Attention to detail is a core component of successfully completing the TRESG Onboarding and Introduction course.

Understand the specific requirements for interior vs. exterior inspections

Explain the purpose and procedures for specialized inspections including bankruptcy, REO Marketing, and conveyance inspections

Describe HUD post-conveyance inspections (HPIR I, II, and III) and their critical elements

Understand HUD Form 309 inspections for manufactured housing

Apply Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac inspection standards and requirements

Select the appropriate inspection approach based on work order specifications

- Navigate mobile inspection platforms to receive and submit work orders efficiently
- Communicate professionally with neighbors, occupants, and other stakeholders
- Apply safety protocols and recognize situations requiring caution or withdrawal
- Plan efficient inspection routes to maximize productivity while minimizing costs
- Know when to contact TRESG for guidance and support
- Recognize situations where declining an inspection is appropriate and necessary

TRESG Onboarding
Contact The Real Estate Solutions Group prior to taking this course.
Prerequisites:
- None - this is the required first course for all new TRESG contractors
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
What You'll Complete:
- ABC Solutions background check registration and payment
- Proof of required insurance coverage submission
- Certificate of Insurance (COI) upload with TRESG as certificate holder
- Contractor agreement and liability waiver
- W-9 tax form for 1099 reporting
- Direct deposit setup for payment processing
- Technology setup (InspectorADE, PPW, or EZ Inspections app)
Required Documentation:
- Government-issued photo ID (driver's license or passport)
- Automobile insurance with business use coverage ($100K/$300K/$50K minimum)
- Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance ($1M per occurrence minimum)
- General Liability (GL) insurance ($1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate minimum)
- Social Security Number or EIN for tax reporting

Note: You cannot receive or complete any work orders until your ABC Solutions - ShieldHub background check is approved and all required insurance certificates are on file with TRESG. Allow 3-5 business days for background check processing and ensure all insurance coverage is current before beginning work.
